RUNS ON NEAURABUILD'S CONSTRUCTION OPERATING SYSTEM
Part of the NeauraBuild family

Somebody will ask where their data lives. Have an answer.

Every business now holds personal data it can't fully account for. Customers, leads, drivers, employees, sitting in whichever system captured them. NeauraPrivPro is the register of whose data is held and on what basis, the check that runs before a marketing message goes out, and the machinery that carries an access or erasure request across every system and closes it inside the legal window.

The problem

Five systems, one deadline, no register.

A data request lands in an inbox. The honest answer today is a scramble across five systems and a guess at the deadline. Each system holds its own copy of the person, captured for its own reason, and no one place says which copies exist or on what basis they are kept.

What it does

One register, checked before, closed on time.

N01

One register, every basis

Whose data is held, under which consent or purpose, in one place instead of scattered across systems.

N02

Checked before it's sent

A marketing message is checked against consent before it goes out, not apologised for after.

N03

Requests that close on time

An access or erasure request is routed and tracked across every system that holds a trace of the person, inside the legal window.

Always on

What the system keeps watch over.

The system flags, routes and records. Decisions about a person's data stay with a person.

N01

A compliance score you can read

Consent coverage, request turnaround, retention and breach management, read at a glance instead of assembled by hand.

N02

A task router with a deadline

Every request is carried across every connected system and tracked against the legal window, not against goodwill.

N03

An append-only breach register

A regulator's evidence trail is not a record anyone should be able to edit after the fact. This one can't be.

The family

The two things DPDP asks you to prove you control.

One identity, one consent record. NeauraOne AI answers who a person is across every system. NeauraPrivPro answers what they agreed to. Together they are the two proofs the DPDP Act actually asks a business for. A consent withdrawn here reaches every system that must respect it, without anyone forwarding an email.

The ROI question

The return is the fire that never starts.

Compliance ROI is invisible until the day it isn't. These are the costs that never land.

N01

No five-system scramble

A request answered from one register, in minutes of work instead of days of hunting across inboxes.

N02

Diligence you pass quietly

A larger customer's security questionnaire, answered from the register instead of a war room.

N03

An evidence trail that holds

When a regulator asks, the record is append-only and already in order. Nothing is reconstructed after the fact.

Common questions

NeauraPrivPro, answered.

What is NeauraPrivPro?

NeauraPrivPro is consent and data-request management under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. It keeps one register of whose personal data is held and on what basis, checks a marketing message against consent before it goes out, and carries an access or erasure request across every connected system so it closes inside the legal window. It runs on NeauraBuild's Construction Operating System.

What is a DSAR and why does it matter under the DPDP Act?

A data subject access request is a person asking what personal data a business holds on them, or asking for it to be corrected or erased. Under the DPDP Act these requests carry a legal window. A business that cannot say where the person's data lives cannot close the request in time.

Does NeauraPrivPro work on its own?

Yes. Every product in the NeauraBuild family stands on its own. Connecting it to the rest later replaces where a record comes from, never the ability to run without it.

A business that can answer a data request inside the legal window is a business a larger customer or a bank can rely on. Compliance readiness of that kind is part of enterprise value, not a cost centre, and it is easier to build before the first request arrives than after.
