The Construction Operating System · Neauron Intelligent Core

Every signal in the business runs through here.

Neauron Intelligent Core is the environment where data, processes, people and intelligence converge and are transformed into something greater. Project budgets, purchase orders, dispatches, rakes, invoices and payments all resolve through the same governed core, so a number computed once stays the number every downstream document trusts. That is why NeauraBuild calls it the neuron.

Who runs on this

One governed core, every size and shape of the trade.

N01

EPC & infrastructure contractors

Multi-site programmes where the BOQ is the yardstick and a variation waits for its yes.

N02

Real estate developers

Project cost read live against budget, tower by tower, not assembled at quarter end.

N03

RMC plants

High-frequency dispatch where every trip carries its own tax, weighment and delivery record.

N04

Cement & building-materials trading

Rake and truck economics, freight and demurrage, all through the same billing pipes.

N05

Steel & metal manufacturing

Order-to-invoice with test certificates and weighbridge readings attached where they happened.

N06

Mining & quarrying

Royalty, transit and compliance documents raised from the same dispatch record that bills it.

N07

SME & industrial manufacturers

The same controls that run a large programme, at a scale an SME can actually operate.

N08

MSME contractors & home builders

A single contractor gets the same governed core a conglomerate runs. Nothing cut down.

The governance chain

Project planning to payment, one chain, no gaps.

This is the chain Neauron Intelligent Core actually is. Not a billing module bolted onto a project system, but the one place a budget line, a purchase order and an invoice are the same fact.

N01

The BOQ is the yardstick

Every quantity and rate on the project measures against the approved BOQ, not against anyone's memory of it.

N02

A variation waits for its yes

An unapproved variation cannot be billed. Not discouraged. Cannot.

N03

Bills built from the measurement book

A running bill is generated from signed measurements, never typed against them.

N04

Project cost, computed live

Budget, committed, actual and earned value read from postings as they happen, not assembled at month end.

N05

Idle cost in rupees

Labour and plant idle time carries its cost with it, so a slow week is a number, not a feeling.

N06

Payment on a rule

Nothing is paid except through a rule or a person, and TDS and TCS are frozen at settlement, not recomputed later.

One rake, indented once, becomes wagons, invoices, demurrage and a reconciliation. Through the same pipes as a truck.
Rake management

The flagship proof of the neuron.

The rake plan owns no money by design. It mints dispatches; it never prices, taxes, accrues or invoices. Every financial fact about a rake is produced by the same core machinery an ordinary truck dispatch uses. That is what makes this the clearest picture of the neuron at work.

N01

One tax decision, applied everywhere

Indian Railways is not a GTA, so a rail movement needs its own GST scheme. Set once, as configuration, and every wagon's dispatch inherits it automatically.

N02

A wagon becomes an invoice, not a re-typed line

Loading, confirming and receipting a rake mints real dispatch records through the exact same tax and numbering engine as every other dispatch, then bulk-invoices every wagon in one action, e-way bill and e-invoice included.

N03

Demurrage goes where money is actually tracked

A demand note for a delayed wagon is only marked paid once it names the vendor bill it was paid through. The state lives in one place, never duplicated. A damaged wagon is valued at the order's own rate where that is knowable, and openly flags which valuation basis was used when it is not.

N04

Reconciliation follows the tonnage, not just the money

Declared, weighed, receipted and invoiced tonnage sit side by side for every rake, because the gap between what left the plant and what was billed is exactly where revenue quietly disappears.

Two honest notes, because they are what make this credible. A weight shortfall is reported in tonnes and surfaced for a person to act on; the system refuses to dress a missing quantity up as a rupee fact. And a damage credit note is a person's action: the system computes and shows the valuation, a finance person raises the note.

Billing automation

The paperwork raises itself from the record.

N01

E-invoice and e-way, from the dispatch

Both raised from the same dispatch record that moved the goods. No second entry, no second chance to disagree.

N02

Tax computed at save, on every line

CGST, SGST or IGST, reverse charge, composition: decided server-side the moment a line is saved, not by whoever is keying it.

N03

The same file forwarded twice posts once

Two independent duplicate guards, so an eager forward never becomes a double entry.

N04

GST credit matched against what was filed

Input credit is checked against what the supplier actually filed, not what the invoice implies.

Field data ingestion

As easy as sending a bill on WhatsApp.

A supplier's own dispatch register, sent on WhatsApp, becomes ledger entries without anyone re-typing a row. A WhatsApp order confirmation is a first-class, named document type, not a screenshot in a folder. One honest scope note: a person on the back-office side still opens and uploads the file; nothing ingests silently on its own.

Mobile

The whole business, on a phone that lives at the gate.

One honest note here too: full offline capture-and-sync is landing, not shipped. We say so rather than promise it.

N01

The whole business, in your pocket

Orders, dispatch, invoicing, finance, compliance and approvals. The same depth as the desktop, built for a phone, not a cut-down version of it.

N02

The rep never needs to guess a location

On NeauraBeat AI's companion app, a visit starts itself when the rep actually arrives at the dealer, not when they remember to tap a button.

N03

Hindi or English, day or night

Bilingual and dark-mode by default, because a gate entry at 9pm on a low-power phone should not fight the app to be legible.

Self-service portals

Your customers and vendors get a desk, not a viewer.

N01

Your own orders, nothing that isn't yours

Cost, margin and the other party's identity are never in what a portal receives. Not hidden by the screen; absent from the data itself.

N02

A working desk, not a window

Place an order request, answer an RFQ invitation, accept an award, confirm or contest a delivery. Real actions, none of them touching a price the other side set.

N03

A dedicated portal each

Customer and vendor each get their own deployable portal on the same governed core, not a shared login bolted onto the staff app.

A portal that can only be looked at stops being useful the first time a vendor needs to answer something. A portal that can leak the wrong side's price stops being trustworthy the first time it does. This one is built to do the first without ever risking the second.

Negotiation power

A rate is only a good deal if you know the market.

Neauron Intelligent Core compares landed cost, not just the headline rate, across every vendor invited to a deal, and checks it against a should-cost benchmark built from the wider market. It is not your data being used against you: the benchmark is anonymised across enough sellers that nobody's own price can be read off it. And it is not a guess dressed up as a fact: a benchmark with too few real data points says so and refuses to pretend.

Your history, your numbers

Grounded in your own numbers, honest about everything else.

Some of the intelligence here looks at the whole market, so nobody's price can be inferred from it. Some of it looks at nothing but your own numbers, and says so plainly when there is not enough history yet to be useful. A vendor invited for the first time gets no ranking built on nothing. A project's cost forecast reads that project's own budget and postings, not a template. And when your business comes on board, NeauraBuild's own team brings your historical masters and past transactions in, so day one starts with your real numbers, not a blank slate.

In preview

Ask your own data a question. No ticket, no wait.

Being demoed to our own teams first; it reaches customers when it has earned it. The idea: instead of filing a ticket and waiting for a report, ask. 'What did this customer order last month, and is any of it stuck?' gets answered from live data, in plain language, in seconds, by an assistant that only ever reads, never writes, and only sees what your permissions already allow. It never invents a number: if it is not in the data, it says so.

Where the AI is watching

Five watchers, one rule.

Every one of these drafts or flags. A person decides. Nothing pays, ranks or blacklists on its own judgment alone.

N01

The payment-run assembler

Builds the week's run from what is already approved, and flags what a person should look at first.

N02

The should-cost modeler

Keeps the benchmark honest instead of letting it quietly rot into an old assumption.

N03

The receipt quality triage

Sees the pattern across many receipts that one rejected line never reveals alone.

N04

The vendor ranking that can say no

A vendor with no shared history gets no ranking invented for it. The model would always produce a confident answer if asked; this one is built to recognise when there is nothing real to say.

N05

The cost-forecast reader

Reads that specific project's own budget and actual postings to say when a forecast has moved, not just what a static number claims today.

Built to scale

A landscape to grow into, not a shape to outgrow.

None of this was built for one size of business. The same governed core that runs a rake indent for a mining operation runs a counter sale for a single retailer.

The family

The neuron, wired to everything.

Every platform in the family produces signals. This is where they resolve into money, documents and one set of books. Watch how the whole family moves together.

Common questions

Neauron Intelligent Core, answered.

What is Neauron Intelligent Core?

Neauron Intelligent Core is the governed core of NeauraBuild's Construction Operating System. It carries a project from its budget through procurement, execution, billing and payment. GST is computed automatically on every line, a bill is built from the signed measurement book, and payment moves only through a rule or a person.

Why is it called Neauron?

Because billing is the neuron of Neaura. Every signal in the business, whether a budget line, a purchase order, a rake, a portal request or a vendor's bid, resolves through the same core. And the Intelligent Core is what that core is: the environment where data, processes, people and intelligence converge and are transformed into something greater than any of them alone.

Does Neauron Intelligent Core work on its own?

Yes. Like every platform in the NeauraBuild family it stands on its own. Connecting it to the rest later replaces where a record comes from, never the ability to run without it. And when you come on board, NeauraBuild's own team brings your historical masters and transactions in, so day one starts with your real numbers.

Neauron Intelligent Core is not a billing module attached to a project-management system. It is the environment where data, processes, people and intelligence converge, and where every other signal in the business resolves: a budget line, a purchase order, a rake, a portal request, a vendor's bid. That is what makes it the neuron rather than a department, and what the parts become together is greater than any of them alone. The outcome is not fewer errors caught later; it is errors that structurally cannot be committed, at whatever scale the business runs, from a single MSME contractor to a multi-site EPC programme.
